Fix the ugly to stubby

Do you have those ugly barends. The long ones. The ones
that make a 90 degree turn and run with your flat bars. The only real
thing their good for is keeping your hands protected from branches ect.
Get your pipecutter out and fix them and cap them. Now you got stubs.
