Flat Tire Conundrum

Use a cotton ball and run around inside of tire. I'm betting
on a teeny-tiny shard (sp?) of metal or glass.

It's those damn terrorists again. Only big government can

Next time mark the tire's location at the valve before you
take it off, then find the hole in the tube and reposition
everything based on the valve. You should be able to get
very close to the source of the problem.

If there's nothing there, suspect thorns or steel cable
strands (do you run over an old cable at the trail head?)

You can always "cure the symptom" with Slime.

Switch tire with front. See if problem moves.

There are plenty of wild answers out there, but it's
probably the most simple answer. Your flats tires were
caused by small sharp objects you rolled over that caused
punctures in your tubes, then fell out, leaving no trace of
the culprit.

Three flats in two weeks is not unheard of.

Check your pressures.

Nice idea, usually just use my fingers....really like the
cotton ball idea.
