I just fried some flounder and it came out moushey. I mean it was like

A couple minutes per side in a saute pan. Flounder fillets are really thin.
That's all you did wrong. Next time, higher heat, shorter cooking time.kili

ICK.... just dust with flour, if you must (I don't) and fry/sauté in
butter. Don't over cook.--
