I wash it, pluck off the biggest of the stems, spin it in a salad
spinner, pat with teatowel and freeze as is in freezer ziplock bags.
Works great. I freeze the stems in a bigger bag, collecting them, and
break off a chunk to put in stock. Parsley stems, along with a little
chunk of ginger, is my secret to veggie, chicken and pork broth. (I
don't add them to beef).
