I hope not. I tried that at one stage, when I scord a 20L drum once.
Wasn't that great.
Am told that you can blow torch something with penetrene to assist.
I've also tried/used "heating oil" which is a light oil.
None of these seem to have the rust breaking capacity that I am told
penetrene has.
Yup, that is my experience also. OTOH, penetrene isn't cheap and I've got 4
litres of WD40.
