I haven't read the full article, and I don't feel like walking over the college library, but it does seems like whey would work just fine. Leucine is more effective than ketoleucine at improving skeletal muscle glucose uptake, anyway.

From what I have read on different types of protein powders, Milk or Whey proteins are highest in BCAA's in general, as well as Glutamine. -- Om.
