I am new today on this group, if it is used to get members to gether to
ride I'm interested. I live in Edmonton and want to get into the
mountians to ride before the season is over, anyone interested?

For those of you who are geographically challenged, if he is referring to
mountains near Edmonton, those are the Rockies in west Alberta..... and I dare say they have a "season". Another month and there'll be

Reminds me of a section of a Warren Miller movie I watched a few years back.
Some of the local DH crowd decided to get famous by trying to ride some
steep and deep alongside skiers.They made it until the first axle-deep sections, then took some spectacular
slo-mo endos. One thing I'll say, deep snow is way more forgiving than a
