I have a Bergamo WindTex that is awesome, but it retails for close to $200.

I like my Descente jacket - as breathable as waterproof gets, and lots of 3m reflective material.

Supposedly GORE makes awesome wet wear too...

I also ride with a Descente jacket I bought in college in the early 90s, and it is still going strong. I also have an ASICS team jacket from a few years ago and that is also doing quite well quality wise.

I have used a nice Pearl Izumi one for the last 6 years for winter/wet commuting on the bike. Getting a bit worn, so needs replacement this winter. I saw a Showers Pass jacket in a shop last winter that looked very nice for the money-about $125 if I recall. I'm going to look for one of those this fall.

I have a Bergamo jacket with Gore's WindStopper liner. Not sure what's the difference with WindTex but it's almost too nice to take it out on a wet and dirty ride. :o

No kidding! Top of the line all the way. I'll wear something crappy when the weather is really bad. That jacket with a baselayer and a long sleeve jersey keeps me very warm in 25 degree F rides almost sweating.

For less expensive stuff Pearl is really nice.

Louis Garneau Gloucester jacket for $99.

These are also very highly rated and reasonably priced. I might have bought them if I could have seen it in person. I have seen cyclists give Foxwear and the materials outstanding reviews.
