I went to Busch Gardens about 3 years ago when a new roller coaster opened. I could not get my large hind end in the seat. I was so depressed that I did not go again until last year. Last year I went to Six Flags over Georgia, Busch Gardens, and Kings Dominion all to have the same outcome. They do not take care of the "FAT" crowd.
I am happy to report that I went to Busch Gardens yesterday. My loss of 52 pounds allowed me to get in all the rides in whatever seat I wanted. Is it wrong to be this happy over such a little thing? Heck NO!!! I was nervous until I heard the "CLICK" of the harness locking. My girlfriend could not believe how happy I was after that.
I hope everybody in this group has success and happiness!!!!
That's awesome Charlie!!! I';m very happy for you.

Well, it still is a saner goal than parachute jumping which Ray wants to do! (g)
Congrats on the CLICK

This is a major NSV!!! You have every right to be happy and joyfully so. Two years ago we went to six flags over mid America. DH and I couldn't ride together in the water ride because the belt would not go around us, Last summer it did and with room to spare, It just added to the joy of being drenched, I am happy for you as I understand Charlie <[email hidden]> wrote in message "]news:[email hidden]...

I might have to take Ray up on that idea when I reach goal weight. I am adventurous but I do not know if I can bring myself to do that.

To be honest charlie, neither do I. Given half a dozen potential jumpers I'm probably the least likely to actually do it. I've always wanted to do it, but I've been able to cop out of it "'cos I'm too big". Now I can't.
I will have to make up my mind in the next couple of weeks, then try to get some sponsorship to make it worthwhile. I should do OK 'cos basically people won't believe I'm gonna do it 🙂
If jumping is too much why not try absailing down a tower block or something like that? Or going round a track in a formula one car? Or bungie jumping?
there is NO reason to jump out of a perfectly good airplane. But, then, there is NO reason to even get into a perfectly good airplane either, Lee Charlie <[email hidden]> wrote in message "]news:[email hidden]...
