Well, compared to some other possibilities, yes. Raisins, for example, are
very sweet. Any juice packed fruits with sugar added would be less good. I
personally would recommend berries over grapefruit, but I don't really see a
reason you can enjoy some grapefruit on your plan. It's allowed. I don't
think it has any particular advantage over other allowed fruits, however.
