that movie was filmed during stages of the Coors classic apparently so some of the riders shown were actual pros but none of the main characters

You wanna see a great cycling movie?
keep an eye out for 'Breaking away' or the soon to hit our shores french animated movie (cant remember name but beautiful if your into animation, or cycling)

the french film is the "triplets of belleville". I saw it last week and it is fantastic. not heaps of cycling in it but the main rider is the splitting image of fausto. It was down at my local video shop (in perth) which was surprising. Dont know where you are flyingdutch but if i can get it in perth, it should be available anywhere!

been about in europe for approx 6 months and recently wont the animation academies over 'Nemo'

Noice to see some beautiful/hand-done animation is still about!

the road trip, was Rae Dawn Chong. Alexandra Paul, who
was in Boobwatch, was also in the film, but I can't
remember her part.

I am very intersted in a discussion here. To save possibly offending anyone other then my own coutrymen, I will bring it to you from the aussie perspective.

Aussies like to drink beer, swear and go to the beach. There are plenty of other things we do, but these are proven activities that we as a county do - it gives us an identity. Each and every country in the world is pretty much "Known" for something right??

Now, call me a beer swilling swearing aussie, and I will say F@!@!KIN OATH mate - I am !!!. Yet, these days, people who would do that can be called Racist ?? Or offensive?? I don't understand how calling a Kettle black could be offensive to a black kettle unless it has some serious Identity issues. Or should I say White kettle ??

I am sick and tired of ppl crying RACIST when something is said about a people as a whole that is proven to be the the statistical or cultural norm. We should be proud of our foibles, or at least own up to them if they just aren't that nice.

Now, relating to the Greek jokes above, I don't actually drink beer or swear a lot - but I still would not take offense, as I KNOW that aussies are like that in general. So if I should see such remarks passed my way, I will not take them in the understading and spirit they are offered.
