I doubt anyone's ever won the tour without another fancied rider
crashing. Crashes happen in the tour.

themselves*. Pulling the plug out will do nothing! Whatever channel

That's near enough what I do now. I avoid urc until I'm up to date with
my viewing of the ITV2 highlights, because it only takes one
inconsiderate squirrel to post a spoiler without adequate warning and my
enjoyment of the stage will be greatly reduced. Years of experience
have taught me that there will *always* be at least one such squirrel.

I also tend to avoid rec.sport.unicycling, because if something big
happens involving LA the chances are that one of the merkins will post
it there. And, having in the past had the suspense ruined after looking
at the BBC news site, I also avoid news sites and broadcasts. So I
don't have much idea of what's going on in the world ATM, but at least
I'm enjoying the Tour.
