Roughly when should hayfever start in the UK? I have
been sneezing a lot over the past couple of days but
don't think I have a cold but also thought it was too
early for hayfever.

<when should hayfever start in the UK?>
Don't know when it starts there but I've been told that
eating local honey on the comb (eat the comb, too) before
the season can help prevent serious symptoms. LK -

I have the unfortunate position of having Perennial
Hayfever, which is all year. I am allergic to all type of
pollen. So from that stand point, it is all year for some.
But, I always thought that Hayfever (the normal type)
started with the flowering of Rape in the countryside.
(Probably an old wives tale).Nig

Keep your nasal passages moist. Mornings, can put vitamin E
on q-tip and swab around inside nose to help trap pollen.LK icdc.comchiropractorphiladelpOpen ↗

Vitamin E on a Q-tip. That's interesting! OK, now for the
'stupid' bit. Where can I get the Vitamin E from?Nig "L Kelly, DC" <[email hidden]> wrote in message

capsules.....stick capsule with pin and squeeze the oil
onto q-tip. LK -
