This is often a symptom of over-training. Go easy or take a day off after a
long hard effort. -
Normal. Probably a combination of heart getting more efficient and/or you
getting slower.
I did 1000 miles in 10 days and average heart rate fell over the period."Jee Doy" <[email hidden]> wrote in message

Normal. I do the California AIDS Ride every year (now called AIDS LifeCycle)
which covers 585 miles in seven days. After day two, I can't get my heart
rate up.Dan Hertlein

Trying to diagnose your situation is difficult. Heartrate alone is not a
good indicator, you may be experiencing a decrease in heart rate, what you
want also know is are you producing less power.low heart rate + decreased power = fatigue

the less this will happen.
