I have recently started Gymnasium exercises on the "cardiac" machines
and other instruments of torture. Some of the machines have Heart Rate
Monitors, (HRM), but many do not. I am thinking of buying a HRM and to
this end I had a look earlier today at a site....
www.heartratemonitor.co.uk
They have a fair array of equipment and two, both just within my budget,
looked as though they would fill my need. These two are...
Cardio Sport Fusion 30 (UKP 60).
Oregon Scientific SC 232 (UKP 70).
Should anyone use either of these, or indeed any HRM, I would be
grateful for any comments on what they have. Comments be they good, bad
or indifferent will be useful.

Taking Asprin every day is good for your heart.
Take one Asprin tablet for a 5 mile bike ride, a short jog
and 20 mins exercise in the gym, then discard the tablet.
