Try TESCOs for a cheap and strong alternative. More than big enough to act
as a map case?"REC" <[email hidden]> wrote in message

Try the seller jwspackaging on eBay (uk). I bought 2000 ziploc bags off them
a few months ago, and the sevice and products are excellent. Hope this
helps. -

from "grip seal" bags (the former are harder wearing and the 'zip'
doesn't pop open on its own accord) the only source in the UK that I'm
aware of is the US armed forces equivalent of the NAAFI (can't
remember what they call it (PX seems to lurch forward in my memory,
anyway, I digress). If anyone knows any different, I too would be interested.

RECI don't know if the bags here would be OK for your application but they
say they are durable and waterproof:http://www.bcbin.com/Default.aspx?cid=22
