  1. My Kitchen aid blender seemed to overheat, motor stopped, then the
lights in the touch panel started flashing and now, even after letting
it cool, it will not work and just keeps having the flashing lights.
Anyone have this issue and solve it? I was thinking maybe there is a
reset button or button order to push to reset. TIA Pam

Try unplugging it for say a half hour.

Hmm, overheating, flashing lights, and won't work... sounds like a
    female problem. LOL

If it is an internal breaker that needs to reset, you *must* unplug it.
It cannot reset if it's still trying to handle current.

I suspect throwing it away would fix the problem.

Yep. It's called planned obsolescence, otherwise known as made to toss.

    Call or e-mail the manufacturer.

If it sounded like a female problem it will also have a loud, whining sound
    coming from it.
