Hincapie is done. He might as well be a prologue TT specialist now,
because that's about all he's good for. He crashes like a freak in P-
R (if he's even there) and gets blown out on the high mtn stages in
the tour ... but he'll dominate Redlands next year for HealthNet.

Moreau will soon obliterate the competition, Vino sandbagged the TT,
and Valverde is stronger than he appears. Levi will carry water for
Gusev.
