Practice, practice, practice!!! I personally thought the biggest challenge was getting my feet off the pedals. Once you're comfortable with jumping off the pedals, try 180 unispin jump mounts. The last step is combining those two things. Hope that helps.

Which way are you falling off?
When you first land them, just hop until you are comfortable and positioned to ride. Then start to aim for the pedals and land better so you can just pedal as soon as you land.
