  1. my bike in a Blackburn Trakstand fan trainer? I just bought it used w/o a manual, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to do it? Thanks!

    I believe that there should be two cups that grip the bolts on the skewers as you turn the knobs clockwise. Once those are secure, the fan mechanism should swing down so it is pressing lightly against the tire. I haven't had a blackburn trainer for years, but I recall it was a pretty quick mount.

    I have never seen anyone put the left leg over, usually it's the right, so you are on the opposite side from the chainrings.
