  1. I have terrible insomnia and I swear it makes me susceptable to
    inflammation type injuries. What can you do to reduce inflammation. I
    guess anitoxidants.

    heating, Stretching, iceing I don't know if antitocidants will effect
    inflammation, but I know Advil, Aleeve, IbProfine will reduce
    inflammation.

    Unfortunately, four hours of sleep does not mean 20 hours of full
    consciousness.
