Any facts or opinions on V8?
I'm a meat and rice type - don't eat salads at all.
Thanks

"Meat" can be very dangerous, assuming you eat the usual stuff
prepared in the usual ways. It's not known how much any individual
needs of this or that substance - it depends upon what you are doing
to your body. However, everyone needs a certain amount of good-
quality protein and electrolyte minerals, for example. Go to my free
site and you can read about my research into these (and other health-
related) issues:

MSN, which sponsors the site, seems to be having some problems at the
moment - you may have to try a few times before they get the problem
fixed.

It's good, but get the low sodium variety.
You'll need more fiber, so eat some beans.

I do NOT know and do NOT care. I cannot stand the taste of tomato
juice even though I like catchup. And, V8 tastes just as bad. 🙁
Just thought that you might want to know.

I bet you don't care for cold soup (vichyssoise) either.
The low sodium variety of V8 is more tolerable for me, and healthier.

The problem with juicing is that the [censored] tastes horribly bad. 🙁
It is better to eat vegetables, any day. Both taste and nutrition
wise.
V8 is no different from any other food. READ the food label on the
package. What do you think that food labels are for?
Be sure to read the list of preservatives and other chemicals used to
keep the stuff from rotting on the shelves.

Strangely, V8 tastes really good to me. I hate tomato juice, too.
