Easy. Add a thin layer of the raspberry chipotle sauce to
broiled chicken.

toasted pita points, potato chips (really!), and it could
give Angel Food Cake a serious kick in the pants!

Is it kinda like a salsa? We have a very good burrito place
here called El Mariachi and it has a salsa bar with all
kinds of salsas. Also with sweet friuts such as pineapple,
mango, avocado, and strawberry. Works great with burrito. I
would guess your raspberry sauce would, too.

with crackers. It is also great on pork and chicken. Great

to a beef steak. The sweet heat would do wonders even to
ice cream.

I don't know if it's like salsa - I haven't opened the
bottle yet. I suspect it's in that family. I'm going to try
the ideas given here and yours about using it on fruits is a
good one. Also, I brought another version up on google - put
some of the sauce on a plate, bake a brie round for about 10
minutes then place on top, and drizzle a little sauce over.
Sounds like a good appetizer.

Actually my suggestion was burrito (My fruit list was
different salsas they have at El Mariachi in Downtown
Davis). In Denmark they sell an icecream sauce with
raspberries and chili peppers.

Why not? Maybe you're confusing chipotle and adobo, which is
a sauce that chipotle frequently comes in. Chipotle itself
is a smoked jalapeno, which goes quite well with various
fruit flavors.

I think the smoke of chipotle overpowers the flavor of the
chili itself and I think that raspberry is too delecate a
flavor to mix with it.
