I'm not, really. It just feels that way! I just stepped down from 22 pts to 20, and I feel hungry all the time! My journal says I'm eating exactly the way I did last week (I tend to save my flex points for the weekend), so it can't be because I'm consuming fewer calories. It must be psychological.

Grr! Gimme something to eat!
Here, have a carrot:-

I know the feeling. 20 points when you are used to 26 + Flex+AP is verrrry hard. But look at it this way, there's more room for water. This Fast track is my basic menu without any evening snacks. I've also go to control my meals when we eat out. Hang in there. My scale was down a pound this morning and it was only day 2 of this new plan.

It sure is all in your mind. I always dropped one point at a time over a couple of week & found it much easier. You could try the same. Wish you luck. Elaine K

It's amazing how much hunger is in our heads! Try to cut yourself some slack Wendy while you're adjusting mentally to the drop in points. Maybe this week drop to 21 points (yeah I know that cuts into your weekend flex points), and go the distance next week?

WHen I went from 26 to 24 I felt the exact same way "oh my god..I can't do this..not enough food..." not that I've been here for a while its not that bad, but I tend to go through more flex points than I used to.

LOL wendy, I know exactly how you feel. It's gotta be mostly psychological.

You must be doing something right to have brokent the 150 barrier! Good job!!
Anyway, I feel your pain! I am plateaued just over 150 and dread dropping pts. I am having trouble controlling pts at 22 plus 2 AP plus a few flex points. I have a lot of trouble when I dip into my flex points. The old way is working better for me.
I have "nail it down or I'll eat it" days.........no reason mostly. So - you're not alone. Go eat a carrot or something - it takes ages and fills you up okish......*grin*

I'm sure that is the sensible thing to do, but, my birthday is tomorrow, and we celebrate this weekend. Maybe I'll just not count too much on Sunday, and have my cake. Blowing out 41 candles has to count for some activity points, right?

Absolutely - specially if you re-light them several times! Have a good time!
