Important trek question

Someone else will probably have more detailed info, but I do remember Trek
making an Antelope model back in the late 80's. I think I have the time
frame about right but I could be off by a few years.

There certainly was an Antelope all terrain bike made by Trek in the mid to late 80's and possibly
into the 90's. Check out vintage-trek.comvintage-trek.comOpen ↗ and look through the catalogs. I know in '86
they an Antelope 830 & 850 model. Based on Trek's number scheme, I would say the 800 would be the
lowest end of this bike series.

So far ive been able to track the time period of this bike to 88-89.. Ive yet to find a picture of
one with white and neon green letters with a kind of fade to it. But maybe you all can help...

Sort of begs a couple of questions. Like, is this really an "important trek (sic) question"? And why
would you "go crazy over this"?

Granted it may not be an important question to some people out there.. but it is to me... And as for
why go crazy its just that it bugs the hell out of me that I cant remember much about it and I want
to find out more. Thanks for your time. I appreciate it..

Antelope goes back to the mid 90s with the 800 and 820 models. It had a sloped top tube frame.
Almost looking like a womens frame.
