Hi Kathy....Michael here, Arizona USA.
Being a bachelor, I learned early that I have to cook or eat garbage
outside. I learned fast and now I think I'm really goooood! And I'm not
kiddin'!
But for some reason I cannot fry battered food..the batter comes off
all the time when I remove it from the fry pan, or before I remove it..
Do you have any good tips to make batter that when fried, stays on the
fish or shrimp?
