All the trails would be buff singletrack, with some side by side riding
on doubletrack once and again.
All trails would have a mixture of weaving twisty paths through
wonderful forests, and fast flowing trails along ridgelines.
All trails would be well designed.
All climbs, regardless of size, would flatten out every now and then,
and have scenic overlooks for rest stops.
All bikes would be bullet-proof 5" FS rigs that weigh 24 lbs and cost
less than $1200.
All hydration paks would be fully stocked, would never get dirty and
would never leak.
All sports nutrition companies would offer wonderful tasting "pizza"
flavoured bars, and their energy gels wouldn't taste like Grade 3 Paste
Glue.
All dogs would be well behaved, and horses wouldn't be spooked by
riders.
All riders would donate a few days a year to trail work.
All night riders would have fully charged batteries for their lights AND
blinkies.
All tubeless tires would hold air.
All hikers would be friendly, and curious about where we've been and
what we've seen ourselves.
All trail maps would be accurate.
All bike helmets would fit properly, and the pads would be
self-cleaning.
All riders would stay part of the group, and nobody would get dropped.
All roadies would be our friends.
In MY World, I am...
Delusional!
