Indded, but typical cager mindset is more concerned about the damage a tonne of
spooked horse can do to the bonnet of their penis rather more than the damage a
cyclist can do. Sad, but with a large grain of truth in it I think. Plus there
is the advert that periodically appears on the google box reminding them to
slow down for horses, but there's not a similar one reminding them about their
duties to other road users in general, cyclists in particular
