This might help those that are still wondering whether they should invest in a powermeter. I started training with power about 1 year ago. It was not until about 2 months ago that I started doing some serious L4 work. Even though I travel 2-5 days a week which really limits my riding time, I was able to raise my FTP from 260 in September to 285 this month. I did my first test in a month today and came out at 300w - 🙂. This stuff rules - thanks to everybody for the valuable posts on this forum.

Running 3-4 times a week (4-10 miles); biking 2-3 times a week - with a focus on 2*20 L4 rides or Sweetspot rides. My weekly mileage is ~ 120miles.

Great work!
Is Tam Man a reference to Mt Tamalpais? I can't wait to cross the pond and climb that one again.
