Remember to capitolize "He" when referring to God.

I understand more and more what the Bible means about times getting
ugly...you guys even have the cheek to say bad things about God, especially
there with those words you used in your post!

I will consider plonking you if you do that again...if you're just going to
be blasphemous, then stay quiet. Usenet is meant to be a place to get help
on problems with things you are talking about in a newsgroup, and/or
chatting about things you like about that topic, etc. I dont' understand one
iota how in the world it changed from that to a world of cursing teenagers.

I am an evangelical atheist, and this post is offensive to my
beliefs. Does that make it blasphemous in my eyes?
I have the right to disagree whether you like it or not.
To disagree is not blasphemy, merely the ability or desire to express
an opposing opinion. Ask the Spanish Inquisition about that one.

I expect to be able to log on to a mountain biking site without having
to see this superstitious mumbo jumbo / shamanism.

Why then, capitolize he when referring to god?

I expect to be able to express an opinion without the frankly childish
and reactionary threat of being "plonked" That is about as imtimidating
as you threatening me with a wedgy.

OK, I'll leave you alone, if you can leave me alone. I don't mean to sound
harsh, but just as much as you would like to talk about your beliefs, I have
the right to talk about mine.

Go ahead plonk me if you wish...no wait that would be a problem since more
than one person posts as Anonymous. Oops. I should choose a better ID after
I get a chance to notify everyone that I am changing.

Go ahead. I suspect his home NG is the mountain biking group. Not your
mother group. Grossi keeps making massive crossposts to groups. Surely
if you know about plonking, you know of crossposting. Our group is the
Mame group, and he does it here as well. Best to let troll posts lie and
die. That goes for both of you!
