you care to send your favorite recipes that uses them (or lemongrass) I'm always up for expanding
my collection. I also enjoy other Thai or Asian recipes to try.

I just wanted to say that Pete sent me some leaves last year, and I was delighted! I made a great
dish called "Evil Jungle Prince", for which the sauce is made with The LIme leaves, Lemongrass Thai
Peppers and Coconut milk. I puree it all together in the food processor, then add to sauteed chicken
and scallions.
FIFTEEN FEET? I didn't even know that they grew that big!
Thanks for the leaves, last year, they brightened a long winter.
