I found this thread after a google search, but I thought I should point out that this site gives the locations of the best climbs in the Sydney region, many of which are hard to find.

The site is only accessable by Australian surfers.
For those contemplating a holiday in Sydney, I highly recomend the hills between Nowra and Wollongong.
