The instructions make it sound as if phoning up UPS is the second-best
last-resort, and you really shouldn't do it. In practice, it's much
the easiest option, and it's what most people have done - phone UPS,
they collect (probably next day, sometimes same day) no bother.

You will need to fight your way through several levels of robotic
voice messages, but eventually you'll get to a human being, and from
then the whole process is quite straightforward.

Agreed, no hassle. Changed two locks that way. There is a 'Mail boxes etc'
up the road from me, but they wanted a fiver to do the collection. So, a
quick call and a next day pick up.

haivng had to deal with ups on numerous occasions, I find the best way to
avoid their IVR is to randomly bash the keypad until a phone rings.

Can I claim a record for slow delivery of my replacement locks?

I've just unpacked a couple of Evolution 2000 replacements for
the Kryptolocks I handed over to UPS on March 16th. It is true
that whilst I did start to complain about ten weeks ago, I did
not start to get properly stroppy with them until last week.
