Likely to be the same for everyone since the first rider goes at 14:00

I also notice the schedule assumes the same elapsed time for the first
and last rider (39m)... I guess someone was just being polite.

Whatever. On a climb TT, i don t think that rain can affect the outcome of the
race too much.
And anyway, his rivals will be starting just before him.

Even with dry condition for Zabel, and snow for Lance, Erik is not going to win
