Land Rover Shogun Nodachi 2011 vs Claud Butler Pinelake 2011

Simply put, which is better if there is anything really to set them apart. From what I can tell they are very much alike. The LR Shogun has Suntour 2025 forks and the CB Pinelake has Suntour 2025n 63mm forks.. I haven't a clue what the difference would be. The CB has better rims from what I can tell as they are double walled where as the LR just states them as being alloy. But the LR is higher priced then the CB so I wonder where the cost goes too, any idea's??? here are some links to compare....
