After running all through high school, and doing quite of few road races, I quit running. 16-17
years later I decided I was getting fat and lazy, and started running again shortly before my 35
birthday in july. Last weekend I ran a half marathon. My cardio contitioning was fine, I could have
run all day, but about the 10 mile marker my legs became extremely fatigued. I have three young
children, so I cant do super long runs in every night. Is there anything I can do to combat this
problem ( i.e Lifting weights, diet, stretching exersizes).
I had been training running every other night 4-7 miles.
Any help would be appreciated. I want run my first marathon next year, but I relize now that I have
a long way to go.
