Lights - Cygolite?

I am looking for a light - I would like to spend no more than $100. It will be for that occasional dusk/dawn ride, I don't really think I will use it all that much. I want a light that will allow me to be seen and to see. What about a Cygolite Night Rover? What else would you recommend? Thanks

I recommend the Dinotte...but it will cost you quite a bit more than $100 for front and rear.
