Locking Roof mounted cycle carrier

Im after a lockable roof mounted cycle carrier, I know Thule do one but its a bit expensive,
 
Does anyone know of a cheaper version ?

Well, Mont Blanc is offering some scott roof mounting cycle carrier and I think that its of quality and is not so expensive. If you are not able to find your answer here then you could move to www.slanecycles.com , its another forum related to cycling. Probably members over there could help you out in finding the desired one.
