I'd rather eat real food, but my job does not always lend itself to
cooking a meal during the day.
I'd like some suggestions on a good meal replacement bar that does NOT
cotain High Frustose Corn Syrup.
Thanks!

Hi like the "HiFruCS bars" from the "High Fructose Corn Syrup Co."

Why?
HFCS consumption results in decreased production of leptin and insulin,
which signals your body to store fat.

[1] Which HFCS? 90? 55? 42?
[2] Compared to what? Sucrose?
[3] References?

I don't know if they contain High Frustose Corn Syrup, most likely they
do, but the Pure Protein bars strawberry shortcake are really good.
Just make sure they are not stale when you buy them. They are good
cause they don't taste like cardboard and you can choke one back
fast....
Since you like real food, you can get tuna in those no drain pouches.
Throw some of them and a bunch of plastic forks in your desk...

Think Organic, Larabar, and Clif Nectar are all pretty much "real" food.
Nothing but fruit and nuts.
But there are other things you can eat that qualify as real food & don't
require cooking a meal. You need to learn to be creative.

Odwalla is good.
For max protien, I like the PowerBar Protein Plus (not the low-carb
variety). Chewy, but tastes reasonable.
