Has anyone tried Silvester Stallone's pudding? First I tried the chocolate
and it was good, a tad after taste, but okay. The vanilla I did not like at
all. But the Banana Cream is SO good. You can buy it by the case and it is
cheaper, but still is around $34/case. It is only 100 calories, 1 carb,
300mg potassium and 20 protein. mmm mmm good You can get it at various
online low carb stores, never found it locally. Just thought I would share!

Why not eat soy?

Nothing in that article makes me not want to buy the pudding. I'm staying
low-carb and eating soy protein is 100x better than eating low-fat anyday.
Just lose what you want to lose and then stay on a maintenance diet.I'm ordering two cases of Sly's pudding. :-)

I agree, I see no reason not to eat soy, if you think about what you could
be eating instead of it. To me, this pudding is a dream food, high protein,
low carb, low cal and has vitamins, primarily the potassium. And I have
found that it really fills me up and keeps me satisfied for a long time--
probably the 20g of protein. -

just my update on the pudding.
i was able to find it at GNC, they had packs of 4 marked down to 3.99$.
They were on sale, because they were close to expiring in July.
After 20% off, i paid about 3.20$ for each pack. I bought 2 packs, one
of banana cream, and lemon cream, they were out of chocalate.
well, i let them chill for a long time, but to be honest, they were not
tasty. They are pretty filling, and healthy, but not really sweet or
flavorful. They almost have a texture like flouride you used to get at
the dentist,but thicker.
The banana cream is much better than lemon IMO.
Keep in mind they were about to expire,so they might be an "early
batch". Ive read that Instone has been updating and improving the
flavors over time. -
In my point of view, how great can a product be if it is sugar free?.... AND
without sugar alcohols which I must stay away from for gastro problems. The
banana cream IMO is very good. I'm totally satisfied with it, considering
how low carb, low cal, no sugar and high protein. I cannot imagine finding
another pudding better considering all of this. -
Latest research says we're going to die somebody no matter what we eat.
"But they all ate organic rice!"
