Months Ago I came across this guys spam in another NG,being that I'm a gambler I actually checked
out his site, talked to him online, and eventually on the phone. apparantly no money transactions
actually take place with him unless you win.. I don't understand how its a scam. To note further
during our converstation.. ( this is no joke I actually talked to him) I asked how he makes money
and he said by taking a percentage of what I win.. and all my bets go through and independent
website of my choosing, that is not affiliated with him. So I asked him how he trusts his clients to
give him the correct % of the winnings if he is not the one taking the bets.. He told me i wasn't
trustworthy and hung up on me..

So all in all, I guess I'm wondering how his deal is actually a scam.

It is just like a Tout at a race track. If there are 8 horses in a race, the Tout gives one horse to
each of 8 suckers. If the suckers horse loses he gives nothing to the tout. But the sucker who has
the winning horse gives a commision to the Tout.

It is a fraud.

He'll be organized so that HE doesn't lose either way.

The ones that lose never call him back. The ones that win keep calling until they lose. A few win
enough times that they begin to trust him. As soon as he thinks that has happened, he offers some
really great sounding opportunity, for which the money has to be up front.

always cc all the complaint recipients in the same post so they know the government has
been notified.

And another thing. If this guy really wanted to make money, he could just post his picks on the
website, and the dough would roll in from a much bigger pool of players. He is going to get his
deadbeats one way or the other. He shouldn't have to personalize his picks. If he put his picks up
in public, then people could compare how he actually does, as opposed to what he claims he does. So,
he isn't lying about it being based on mathematics, as it is based on a % of how many chumps buy
into the *system* and the % of those who actually pay the juice. Plus anybody who claims he does
better betting on baseball than football is completely full of [censored], as any gambler will tell you.
