Why, yes. Very nice of you to ask. Somebody misses me! Actually, I do read rec.running, still. Just
decided not to continually report on my foot progress, as I had been, because I know that is BORING.
But, a current thread about "orthodics" almost prompted me to pipe in about the hundreds of dollars
I continue to spend on any foot paraphernalia that might offer additional help. Everything has
helped, a little. And, I will be running the Turkey Trot on Thursday. YAAAAAAY!!!!! I ran six miles
in San Diego on Saturday, which is the longest I have run for a long time. Only did that distance
because I was pushing myself to get to the ocean... kept thinking it was "just up the road a piece."
Oh... well, a side effect of the foot thing is that I fall, frequently. It just doesn't "pick up"
the way it should. I've had several bloody knees, six stitches, etc. But, I refuse to give up. I'm
much further along than I was a year ago at this time. I love to run. Love it love it love
Ms. I expect to do just fine at the Turkey Trot. And, thanks for asking. I will report on my
progress after the race. And good luck to all the others of you who will be running your own
Turkey race.Mary

Hello, Mary.
Roger.
She doesn't speak to Lesbian (Jo) Dr's (Roidger) who build pornographic websites (Frasier) but
pretend to be a surfin' dog (Smurf McBrowse), but in fact is actually just a sicko who doesn't even
know who he is himself.
