tags, however, QVC carries one that I rec'd for my b-day...

It comes in stainless and gold tone/plate(?) and is Swiss made. IT has a screw top compartment with
a rubber gasket sealing it. The company claims it is crush resistent and water resistant. They offer
the pendant, bracelet and shoe tag (clips into the laces on your sneakers for jogging, etc.).

It comes with a 1ft long 1/2 wide strip of paper that has enough room to write a life history, or so
it seems... One side has the caduseus (snake wrapped around a staff) and the other has the 6 armed
medical alert symbol with the "SOS" logo and the direction to open the compartment.

I checked with a few jewelers in town when I was looking for mine. They each had a place where they
could order per my specifications. I was looking for 18kt gold and they were veery pricey (nearly
$700). I ended up going with MedicAlert www.medicalert.org because they have sales all the time on
the expensive stuff (nearly half price) and I ended up getting mine for $300 or so. They had several
styles to choose from and I couldn't beat the price anywhere else. ~Lindy~
