There is plenty out on the dangers of microwave ovens. I have a small one
and use it mostly for reheating coffee and leftovers. I know some that are
recovering from the dreaded C and will not use the MW at all. I am
skeptical when the government says things are ok for you from a health
standpoint or any other standpoint for that matter.

  2. I hadn't seen that one before. Here it is on Snopes:

All the "scientist" has to do to get this effect was use MORE mw water
on the one plant. It exhibits all the signs of overwatering.

That said, I'm not arguing that mws are safe.

Not only is this debunked in Snopes as an OP mentioned, but Rense is
one of the way-out-there rumor mills of the Internet. I'd never take
anything from there as fact without verifying elsewhere it from a
    known, reliable source.

Are people *still* obsessing about the (non-existent) health dangers of
microwave ovens? There must be the same people that are upset about the
    horseless carriage, invention of Satan.
