    Hi all,
    as I race on the road on Saturdays, does anyone know of track racing held in
    or around Melbourne during the week (or maybe even on Sunday)?

    Who's club level road racing in on saturday Melbourne at the moment?
    Saturday is track at Blackburn, Brunswick, and Carnegie (Maybe also at
    Chelsea)
    Sunday is St Kilda CC crits and Carnegie-Caufield CC Crits, No track racing
    except for Opens.

    Wednesday night at Brunswick. There should be some info about it on their
    really not so up to date website. http://home.vicnet.net.au/%7Ebcc/ I do
    know it is on because our training squad has just moved it's Wednesday
    session to Thursday to accomodate the needs of the Club VP who is a member
    of our squad (Doesn't look good if the VP doesn't show up for racing). This
    also means that I now have Wednesday free to either Crit at Kew and/or Race
    at Brunswick Track under lights. I think start time is around 7pm but you
    might want to check with the one of the club contacts on that one.

    I race on road Saturdays at Warragul (gonna be wet based on today's
    Melbourne weather!!). Why travel that far to race? 10-20 per grade. My
    original club and plenty of courses. (I also score a win now and then).

    Ah, that explains it. I didn't realise Warragul road racing continued on
    into the warmer months. Is that the racing that takes place in the Shady
    Creek/Darnum area?
