In a blender, combine 2 ripe bananas, cut into 1/2" pieces, with 1 cup vanilla yogurt, 1 cup milk, 2 Tbs honey and 1 cup ice cubes. Blend on high speed until mixture is smooth. about 1 minute. Pour into glasses, serve immediately.
Hey, I don't make these things up... found this in my latest (in today's mail) Williams-Sonoma catalog.

I'm glad you have something to drink. Now if you could just keep your knuckles from dragging the ground.

Well, that's William Sonoma's version. I add pineapple juice, Coco Lopez, and Bacardi.

LOL I've been making that for my usual breakfast for about 30 years now. My version is 1 cup plain yogurt, 1 banana, 2 T. honey, and 2 T. wheat germ. Blend and drink. It's actually pretty good and it's healthy.

I guessed you would.
Wow... a mind reader... guess what I'm thinking now.
She adds raw oats to her smoothie for breakfast. You add rum to yours, I'm guessing it's not for breakfast. I had to look up Coco Lopez -- It's so well known it has a wikipedia entry; I can't believe I've never heard of it before. -aem
