  1. ---= Monkey Milk =---

In a blender, combine 2 ripe bananas, cut into 1/2" pieces, with 1 cup
vanilla yogurt, 1 cup milk, 2 Tbs honey and 1 cup ice cubes. Blend on
high speed until mixture is smooth. about 1 minute. Pour into
    glasses, serve immediately.

Hey, I don't make these things up... found this in my latest (in
    today's mail) Williams-Sonoma catalog.

I'm glad you have something to drink. Now if you could just keep your
    knuckles from dragging the ground.

Well, that's William Sonoma's version. I add pineapple juice, Coco
    Lopez, and Bacardi.

LOL I've been making that for my usual breakfast for about 30 years
now. My version is 1 cup plain yogurt, 1 banana, 2 T. honey, and 2 T.
wheat germ. Blend and drink. It's actually pretty good and it's
    healthy.

    Regards,
    Tracy R.

She adds raw oats to her smoothie for breakfast. You add rum to
yours, I'm guessing it's not for breakfast. I had to look up Coco
Lopez -- It's so well known it has a wikipedia entry; I can't believe
I've never heard of it before. -aem
