It will not ever - it is not about motorists killing cyclists its
about 'people' who don't give a [censored] about anyone except themselves.
They will lie, connive, deceive and save only their own skins - they
have no sense of right or wrong - if they can get away with it they

Body of cyclist found in the road
Police are investigating the death of a 41-year-old man found lying next to
his bicycle on a road in Berkshire.
A broken wing mirror was found near the scene in Barkham, Wokingham, and
police believe the man may have been hit by a small black car which failed
to stop.
They said the cyclist died at the scene in Bearwood Road on Monday night.
Insp Paul Winks said: "If you have seen a small black car in the area which
has damage and is missing a wing mirror then please report it to us."

A third person has been arrested after the death of a male cyclist who was found
lying in a road.

A man, 40, and woman, 38, were arrested on Tuesday after the body of the
41-year-old was found in Bearwood Road, Barkham, near Wokingham, on Monday.

Another person - a 38-year-old man - has now also been arrested.

Police said the three were being held on suspicion of death by dangerous driving
and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.

Insp James Strachan, of Thames Valley Police, said: "A maroon Ford Galaxy was
found in Eden Way, Winnersh.

"I appeal to anyone who saw this car in the area on the evening of the incident
to contact police."

The local paper had the same contradictions - police were asking
everyone to report friends & family with unexplained black wing mirror
loss, yet the maroon Ford was thought to be the one and two people had
been arrested.
Maybe the police forgot to withdraw an earlier statement when adding a
later one.

The car seems to have been abandoned some miles from home, so the
conspiracy to pervert charge should stick.
