I s'pose one way to evaluate these sites is to archive their forecasts against outcome over a
period. Since I don't live within the areas

OK then todays forecast and reality.
The forecast for today suggested broken cloud, some of which would be on the tops and some munros
would be cloud free, not ideal conditions but possabilities of a reasonable day. The further north
the better the chances.
The reality.....much more cloud, 90% cover, base around the 2500 mark, Glencoe and Nevis looked very
poor. Knoydart looked a little better but I doubt you would of got a view from the top.
Conclusion, I think it was a difficult day to predict, so I will give 7 out of 10
