Yet another breach of procedures by the infamous LNDD lab who have still
not
learnt any lessons about leaking results. But then when there are no
penalties on them for doing so why would they bother?
You are just making excuses for professional bike riders who use drugs in
their bodies to earn money
I believe the laboratory should be ordained , under international law, to
disclose all test made within a very very short period -- a day, 2 days
at the outside
These aren't simple tests, and they aren't 'black and white' tests. The
procedures are complex and sensitive and the interpretation of the data
isn't simple and experts may disagree (which is why there are 'B'
samples). You wreck people's careers with false positives, and there
certainly have been false positives.
This is a very difficult nexus of science, politics and money. I do not
believe that judgements made under time pressure are in anyone's interest.
