32T and 22T are probably the most common combinations with a 44T outer
ring, but it can be different.

These days they're very often 10 teeth apart, so if your outer is 44,
the other two are likely to be 34 and 24.

Mark the first tooth by wiping away the grease. You will know when to
stop counting then.

round moving both fingers a tooth at a time and counting in twos.
